Rhye has shared a new song called ‘Come in Closer’. It’s the latest preview from singer-songwriter Michael Milosh’s forthcoming album Home and it arrives with an accompanying video co-directed by Milosh and Genevieve Medow-Jenkins. Check it out below.
In a statement, Milosh described ‘Come in Closer’ as being about how “as relationships deepen and you invite someone into your world, your life, your home, layers of appreciation, vulnerability, and patience reveal themselves,” while the video, shot in Big Sur, California, presents siblings “living without fear or inhibition, wild with the joy of simply being.”
Home is set for release on January 22 via Loma Vista. Following 2018’s Blood and the 2019 “piano project” Spirit, the album was was recorded at Los Angeles’ United Recording Studios, Revival at the Complex, as well as Milosh’s home studio. It includes the previously released singles ‘Black Rain’, ‘Beautiful’, and ‘Helpless’.
