Dr. Dre Released from Hospital Following Brain Aneurysm

    Dr. Dre has been released from the hospital after suffering a brain aneurysm earlier this month. Dre, who was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on January 4, “just made it home” and is “safe and looking good,” according to his friend and fellow hip-hop veteran Ice T.

    The 55-year-old offered an update on Instagram shortly after his admission to the hospital, telling fans that he was “doing great and getting excellent care from my medical team” and would be “out of the hospital and back home soon.” As of this writing, medical officials have yet to reveal the cause of Dr. Dre’s aneurysm. TMZ reports that doctors will continue to monitor his condition following his release from the hospital.
