Phoebe Bridgers was the musical guest on last night’s Dan Levy-hosted episode of Saturday Night Live. Marking her debut on the comedy sketch show, Bridgers was joined by her band for a performance of the Punisher singles ‘Kyoto’ and ‘I Know The End’, the latter of which saw her smashing her guitar to pieces on stage. Phoebe Bridgers’ most recent album, Punisher, was released last June and landed on our 50 Best Albums of 2020 list, while ‘I Know the End’ topped our 25 Best Songs of 2020 list. Bridgers followed it up with the Copycat Killer EP in November, featuring reworkings of four tracks from the album. More recently, she joined her boygenius bandmate Julien Baker on the song ‘Favor’.
