German music producer and pioneer Stimming released his latest piece ‘Judith Maria,’ today. The song is the first from his forthcoming album sixth studio album Ludwig.
The song showcases Stimming’s renowned progressive percussion to create a refined listening experience that is not only well-produced but also flush with passion. Eddying analogue arpeggios and mysterious, mangled synths warp the piece’s core before Stimming’s vocals bring back a sense of closeness and refuge to the track. Titled after Stimming’s partner, Judith Maria’s driving beat alludes to the conditions the two forged their partnership — at a nightclub.
