RZA has returned with his first single since 2008 under the moniker Bobby Digital. The DJ Scratch-produced track is titled ‘Pugilism’ and it’s taken from a forthcoming album called Bobby Digital: Digital Potions, a release date for which has yet to be announced. Check it out below.
In addition to the new track, RZA has also announced the relaunch of 36 Cinema with ‘Saturday Afternoon Kung Fu Theater’, an online kung fu movie screening series set to kick off on Saturday (April 24) at 9 p.m. ET with a screening of the Shaw Brothers’ classic Heroes of the East. Joining RZA as host will be Dan Halsted, head programmer at the Hollywood Theatre in Portland. Tickets are available here.
