Anika Pyle has shared a cover of the Golden Girls theme song ‘Thank You For Being a Friend’ to celebrate Bandcamp Friday. “My bff of 23 years Stacey asked me to cover the golden girls theme song,” she explains in the Bandcamp description. “Here’s the result!” Check out her version of the track, originally written in 1978 by Andrew Gold and covered by Cynthia Fee for the show, below.
