Louien Unveils New Song ‘Fire’

Louien, the moniker of Norwegian indie-folk artist Live Miranda Solberg, has unveiled a new song called ‘Fire’. It’s the final offering from her upcoming EP, No Tomorrow, which arrives on June 4 via Jansen Records. Take a listen below.

‘Fire’ follows the previously released singles ‘Better Woman’ and ‘Deep Within’. “I wanted to play around a bit more, not take myself or the songs too seriously as the debut was very heavy and took years to write,” Solberg said of the new EP. “I mean, writing a thoroughly happy song might still be out of my reach, but I’m trying to get more than one perspective in there.” One of the main singer-songwriters in the Oslo-based four-piece Silver Lining, Solberg released her debut solo album as Louien, None of My Words, in 2019.
