Watch Lil Nas X Perform ‘MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name)’ and ‘Sun Goes Down’ on ‘SNL’

Lil Nas X was the musical guest on the season finale of Saturday Night Live, performing ‘MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name)’ and his latest single ‘Sun Goes Down’. The rapper endured a mild wardrobe malfunction; his trousers split while doing a pole routine halfway through his ‘MONTERO’ performance. “NOT MY PANTS RIPPED ON LIVE ON TV. OMFG NO,” Nas tweeted this morning. “I wanted to do my pole routine so bad this what i get lmaoo.” Check out his performances below.

In addition to playing ‘MONTERO’ and ‘Sun Goes Down’, Lil Nas X also appeared in a prerecorded ‘Pride Month Song’ sketch led by Bowen Yang and featuring Kate McKinnon, Punkie Johnson, and host Anya Taylor-Joy. Watch that below, too.
