The Smashing Pumpkins Announce First Archival Release ‘Live in Japan, 1992’

The Smashing Pumpkins have announced their first-ever archival release, Live in Japan, 1992. Coinciding with the 30th anniversary of their debut album Gish, it’s a limited-edition vinyl pressing of the band’s 1992 concert in Kawasaki, Japan. According to a post on their Instagram, “audio is from a board tape and is not available anywhere else.” Check out the announcement and setlist below.

Pre-orders for an autographed 180-gram purple swirl double vinyl are available for a brief time through Billy Corgan’s Madame Zuzu’s webstore. Earlier this year, the Smashing Pumpkins released their most recent album Cyr.
