Coldplay were the musical guests on last night’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where they performed a stripped-down version of their new single ‘Higher Power’ alongside a group of backup singers. Fallon also joined in on vocals at one point while holding a glowing orb. Earlier in the night, during the show’s ‘True Confessions’ segment, guest Annie Murphy revealed she once licked Chris Martin’s sweat off her hand while at a Coldplay concert. Check it out below.
‘Higher Power’, which was produced by Max Martin, debuted last month. Just this week, following a performance at the BRIT Awards and a futuristic video, Coldplay released an acoustic version of the track.
