King Woman have shared a music video for ‘Psychic Wound’, the latest single from their upcoming sophomore album Celestial Blues. It’s the second offering from the record, following ‘Morning Star’. Check out the Muted Widows-directed clip below.
“‘Psychic Wound’ is about paying the price for eating forbidden fruit,” singer Kris Esfandiari explained in a statement. “When desire turns into obsession, it can keep you longer than you intended to stay and nearly destroy your sanity.”
Celestial Blues is set to arrive July 30 via Relapse. The album was recorded in Oakland, California with producer Jack Shirley (Deafheaven, Amenra, Oathbreaker).
