Matilda Mann has shared a cover of the Beach Boys’ ‘God Only Knows’. Give it a listen below.
“‘God Only Knows’ is one of those songs where you can remember exactly where you were and what you were doing when you first heard it,” the singer-songwriter said in a statement. “I was in the kitchen and my dad was playing The Beach Boys through the speakers. It was the beginning of December and there was a golden sunset lighting in the room. The moment the song came on, everything seemed so magical and warm. Ever since, for me, it’s been the song that starts off the Christmas holidays. It’s so beautifully written and one of those songs that’ll always be treasured.”
