DJ Koze Remixes José González’s ‘Tjomme’

José González has shared a remix of his Local Valley track ‘Tjomme’ by German producer DJ Koze. He’s also announced a series of North American live dates, beginning March 10, 2022 at Seattle, WA’s Neptune Theatre. Listen to ‘Tjomme [DJ Koze Remix]’ and find the list of dates below.

”Tjomme is a song about hearsay’s and dudes (tjomme in Swedish slang),” González said in a statement. “Overconfident doomsday dudes and the dudes that follow.”

DJ Koze added: “I tried to transform the soul of this song to the dancefloor A dancefloor without pressure and anxiety. A dancefloor on which I would love to lose myself with eyes wide closed.”

Local Valley, González’s first new album in more than five years, arrived last month.
