Tears for Fears Announce 2022 Tour

Tears for Fears have announced a 2022 tour in support of The Tipping Point, their first album in almost two decades. The US leg of the tour, which will feature support from Garbage, kicks off in Cincinnati on May 20, before the duo heads to the United Kingdom in July for a run of shows with Essex singer-songwriter Alison Moyet. Tickets go on general sale on November 19 at 10am local time. See the full list of dates below.

“We couldn’t be more excited to start playing concerts again,” Tears for Fears’ Curt Smith said in a press statement. “We’ve missed seeing our friends on the road around the world and the energy of performing live.”

Roland Orzabal added: “The Tipping Point has been a long time in the making and we are looking forward to playing our favorites from the new album as well as our classics from throughout the years.”

The Tipping Point, the follow-up to 2004’s Everybody Loves a Happy Ending, is due for release on February 25 via Concord Records.
