Christopher Owens has returned with ‘I Think About Heaven’, the former Girls frontman’s first new music in seven years. The single artwork, photographed by longtime collaborator Sandy Kim, features Owens outside the Wolf’s Lair Castle in Los Angeles, home of the late Shelley Duvall. Listen below.
Owens’ last solo release was 2017’s Vante by Curls. In the years since, he has faced significant personal challenges, including a motorcycle accident, battles with homelessness, and the loss of former Girls bandmate Chet “JR” White.
