Adeline Hotel has unveiled a new single, ‘Grief’, taken from the upcoming full-length Whodunnit. Listen to it below.
“This song is about coming up for air after years underwater,” Dan Knishkowy explained in a statement. “When shedding old skin, I think there’s a temptation to look back and recoil in shame at what you find—what I’m trying to do in this song is look that former self in the eye and see what we can learn from each other: ‘If I ever was that stranger, I hope to laugh someday with them’.”
Whodunnit is set to arrive on September 27 via Ruination Record Co.
