Ahead of the release of their new album Scheduled Explosions this Friday, 2nd Grade have shared another trio of songs: ‘Triple Bypass In B-Flat’, ‘Instant Nostalgia’, and ‘Sophomores in the Wild’. Peter Gill dropped the first batch of singles upon the album’s announcement in September, and the second arrived earlier this month. Listen to the new ones below.
“‘Triple Bypass In B-Flat’ is meant to be some kinda antidote to apathy, specifically my apathy,” Gill explained in a statement. “Like Nick Cave, I wrote it with the help of Wikipedia to make sure I have my facts straight regarding June bug behavior.”
