Pokémon GO Announces Dynamax Eevee Debut

Pokémon GO has just said that Dynamax Eevee is coming to the popular AR mobile game. Trainers will have the chance to face the character during a limited-time event. In the same way, they can look forward to bonuses, challenges, and other fun offerings. At the same time, developer Niantic has shared the dates for the upcoming Community Days.

Dynamax Eevee Debut and Wild Encounters

According to Niantic, Dynamax Eevee will make its first appearance in two-star Max Battles. This character gives a new challenge for all players. It is also possible for every trainer to find the Pokémon in the wild. Encounters with Eevee will be more frequent during the weekend. Likewise, lucky players may even encounter a shiny version of Dynamax Eevee in the Max Battle event.

Max Battle Weekend Bonuses and Boost Box

The official announcement also showed many bonuses that will make the weekend more rewarding.

  • Half adventuring distance to get Max Particles
  • More frequent refreshing of Power Spots
  • Double Max Particles from Power Spots

However, trainers must explore to gather Max Particles every day. They can do this via the Nearby Menu to activate the bonuses. There will be an icon to tell players when they can start collecting.

Also, trainers have the option to buy the Max Battle Boost Box. It sells for only $9.99 at the Pokémon GO Web Store. In particular, this gives a Max Mushroom and seven Max Particle Packs. Getting it can help in preparing for Dynamax Eevee encounters.

Collection Challenges and Campfire

As per the developer, there will be catch-and Evolution-focused Collection Challenges. Players who finish them can get the following:

  • Eevee Candy
  • Max Particles
  • Poffin

To improve the experience, Niantic invites trainers to use Campfire. Particularly, this feature finds fellow trainers and Max Battles.

Availability and Safety Reminders

Pokémon GO’s Dynamax Eevee Max Battle Weekend will be available from November 21 (6 AM) to November 24 (9 PM) local time.

In the same way, Niantic tells all trainers to play safely and follow local health guidelines.
