Growing up in Melbourne, Australia, Angie McMahon took up piano and trumpet as a child and got her first big break in 2013 after winning a competition to support Bon Jovi on tour. After spending years playing in a local soul project called The Fabric, she released her debut single, ‘Slow Mover’, in 2017, and her debut album, Salt, came out in 2019. Her sophomore LP, Light, Dark, Light Again, followed in October 2023.
