The Decemberists are an indie rock band from Portland, Oregon. Formed in 2000, the band comrpises Colin Meloy (lead vocals, guitar), Chris Funk (guitar, multi-instrumentalist), Jenny Conlee (piano, keyboards, accordion, backing vocals), Nate Query (bass), and John Moen (drums). They’ve released nine albums, most recently June 2024’s As It Ever Was, So It Will Be Again.
