Grammys 2022 Winners: See the Full List

The 64th Grammy Awards took place last nightt at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The event was initially set to take place in Los Angeles in January but was rescheduled due to the COVID-19 Omicron variant. Jon Batiste led this year’s nominations with 11 nods, followed by Doja Cat, H.E.R., and Justin Bieber with eight nominations and Olivia Rodrigo and Billie Eilish with seven nominations each. ABBA, Arooj Aftab, Arlo Parks, Low, Japanese Breakfast, and Selena Gomez were among this year’s first-time nominees. The Daily Show‘s Trevor Noah hosted for the second year in a row, and there were performances by Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish, BTS, Lil Nas X, Jack Harlow, Lady Gaga, Brandi Carlile, Jon Batiste, Silk Sonic, T.J. Trent, H.E.R., Chris Stapleton, and Brothers Osborn.

After last year’s Grammys, the Recording Academy made a number of changes to its selection process, including eliminating nearly all so-called ‘secret’ committees and establishing two new categories, Música Urbana Album and Global Music Performance. It’s also the first time the ceremony has an inclusion rider, with the Recording Academy increasing its voting body to include more voters from “traditionally underrepresented groups.”

Batiste ended up winning four awards tonight, including Album of the Year. Silk Sonic took home the award for both Song of the Year and Record of the Year, while Olivia Rodrigo was named Best New Artist. Jazmine Sullivan, Foo Fighters, Chris Stapleton, Tyler, the Creator, and Arooj Aftab were also among the night’s winners. Check out the full list of winners below.
