The Soft Moon Releases Video for New Single ‘Monster’

Luis Vasquez has dropped another teaser of his upcoming the Soft Moon album, Exister. Following previous cuts ‘Become the Lies’, ‘Him’, and ‘Unforgiven’, ‘Monster’ arrives with an accompanying music video directed by Bryan M. Ferguson. Watch and listen below.

“The song to me evokes a real sense of underlining ache,” Ferguson commented in a statement. “I knew immediately that the video should be a metamorphosis, a person’s body transforming into something hideous. It’s definitely a literal visual interpretation of what the song is about but I really wanted the transformation from one physical shape to the other to be slow, painful and almost organic.”

Exister comes out September 23 on Sacred Bones Records.
