The Beatles have announced a special edition of their classic 1966 album Revolver. Newly mixed by producer Giles Martin and engineer Sam Okell in stereo and Dolby Atmos, the deluxe reissue will be released on October 28 via Apple Corps Ltd./Capitol/UMe. It will include 28 early takes from the recording sessions, three home demos, a 100-page book with a foreword written by Paul McCartney, and a four-track EP featuring new stereo mixes and remastered original mono mixes for ‘Paperback Writer’ and ‘Rain’, and more.
