tinyumbrellas – the project of 20-year-old Leeds-based artist DT – has announced their new EP Somewhere to Fall Asleep, which comes out June 28 via Sevenfoursevensix. Today, they’ve shared a video for the new single ‘Zombies’, which follows previous cuts ‘Life of an Extra’ and ‘Between the Same Lines’. Check it out below.

“‘Zombies’ tells the story of two childhood best friends who have grown up together and are each other’s favourite person,” tinyumbrellas explained in a statement. “The narrator is questioning whether this relationship is a best friends to lovers story, while the other person is seemingly blissfully ignorant from the narrator’s point of view.”

They added of the EP, “From my point of view, each song encapsulates an atmosphere of either night time or daytime, which I have incorporated into the artwork, using cardboard cut outs of either the sun or the moon and stars for artworks of the single releases depending on which feel they have.”
