Strange Ranger have announced they have broken up. “Pure Music will be the last Strange Ranger album,” the band wrote on social media. “Thank you so much for listening to the music and coming out to shows for all these years- it means the world. See u on the other side.”
Pure Music, Strange Ranger’s third LP, came out in July. It followed the group’s 2021 mixtape No Light in Heaven, 2019’s Remembering the Rockets, and 2017’s Daymoon. Read about Strange Ranger in our Artist Spotlight interview with the band.
