Nicki Minaj Releases Megan Thee Stallion Diss Track ‘Big Foot’

Nicki Minaj has dropped her new song ‘Big Foot’, a diss track aimed at Megan Thee Stallion. It arrives in response to Megan’s latest single ‘Hiss’, which came out on Friday. Listen below.

Though never explicitly mentioning Minaj, ‘Hiss’ apparently took a jab at her convicted sex offender husband Kenneth Petty while referencing Megan’s Law, a federal law requiring law enforcement to make information about registered sex offenders available to protect the public. “This little beggin’ whore talkin’ ’bout Megan’s law/ For a free beat, you can hit Megan raw,” Minaj raps on ‘Big Foot’, which ends with a spoken word outro promising a “second installment.” The track appears to poke fun at the 2020 incident that saw Tory Lanez shoot the Houston rapper in the foot – “Bad bitch she like six foot/ I call her big foot/ The bitch fell off, I said get up on your good foot” – and frequently mentions Megan’s late mother.

Ahead of the song’s release, Minaj tweeted, “It’s been rdy for 2 days. just was tryna be cool & let her get her lil streams. wasn’t gon say anything. But I remember how everyone kept my name in their mouth & how I said the next person mention my family gon regret it. Btw, they haven’t even heard the song. Who said it’s even a ‘diss’?”

As promised, Minaj has also dropped a version of ‘Big Foot’ that is “a capella so other producers all around the world can make their own beat.”
