Matthew Houck appeared on CBS Saturday Sessions yesterday (April 6) to perform three songs from his new Phosphorescent album Revelator: the title track, ‘Wide As Heaven’, and ‘The World Is Ending’. Watch him perform with a full band below.
Released on Friday, Revelator is Phosphorescent’s first album since 2018’s C’est la Vie. The title track accompanied the album’s announcement in January, while ‘The World Is Ending’ was written by Houck’s partner, singer-songwriter and pianist Jo Schornikow.
