Portishead’s Beth Gibbons has shared a new single, ‘Reaching Out’. The singer-songwriter worked with Aphex Twin collaborator Weirdcore for the song’s interactive video, which is meant to elicit “a sense of trying to reach each other in impossible ways,” according to a press release. ‘Reaching Out’ is taken from Gibbon’s debut solo album, Lives Outgrown, which comes out on May 17. It was led by the single ‘Floating on a Moment’.
