ANOHNI has unveiled a new song, ‘Breaking’, which is lifted from the sessions behind her 2023 album My Back Was a Bridge For You to Cross. Listen to it below.
The single follows last week’s announcement of an extensive North American tour with the Johnsons. “I am presenting a series of concerts in Mexico, the US and Canada this fall,” ANOHNI said. “It is my first time touring since 2016, and first time with a band in 14 years. I feel like I want to sing for people, to affirm that these times are unprecedented, and to hold and express a sense of what’s really happening.” A run of European dates kicks off this Thurdsay, June 13 at the Acropolis in Athens.
