Wolf Alice Announce ‘The Clearing (B Sides)’, Share New Song ‘Gospel Oak’

Ahead of a headlining show at London’s Finsbury Park this Sunday, Wolf Alice have announced The Clearing (B Sides), an expanded edition of their latest album. It features three bonus tracks, which will also be packaged as a 7″ vinyl and released on August 21. A ‘Gospel Oak’, a hushed piano ballad that’s out today, takes its name from an area in North London just up the road from Finsbury Park. Listen to it below.

One of the bonus tracks is a cover of Roches’ ‘Hammond Song’ featuring Julia Cumming (of Sunflower Bean) and Salmena (ex-Frigs). “These are a few songs we made during The Clearing that didn’t make it on the final record,” the band shared, “but are ones we love very much, including a cover with two of our fave singers Julia Cumming and Bria Salmena – we’re happy to have found a home for them for you to hear. Enjoy.”
