Wild Pink have shared the title track of their new album, Still Coming Down, ahead of its release on Friday (August 21). “I used to be pure/ I just try to be good now,” John Ross sings on the track, which features guitar from Meg Duffy (of Hand Habits) and Landon George on fiddle. It follows previous offerings ‘500 Is the New 250’, ‘Box Store’, and ‘Round of Applause at the End of the World’. Check out it out via the accompanying video below.
“This is my favorite song on the record right now so I’m glad this one is out today,” Ross said in a press release. “I love Meg Duffy’s sinewy, slow motion fretless guitar playing and Landon George’s fiddle in the middle. This song isn’t about any one single thing but it’s mostly about my son and feeling overwhelming love.”
