Primavera Sound Barcelona has announced the lineup for its 25th edition, which takes place June 3-5 at the Parc del Fòrum. Next year’s headliners (all top of the bill, according to a press release) include Phoebe Bridgers, Massive Attack, Doechii, Fontaines D.C., Massive Attack, Turnstile, Hayley Williams, The Chemical Brothers, Robyn, Bad Gyal, Lola Young, Pavement, Skrillex b2b Ninajirachi, ADÉLA, Prospa, and Caroline Polachek. Bridgers’ headlining performance will mark her first appearance at the Barcelona event, though she did play several of Primavera’s international editions back in 2022. Doechii has also never headlined the festival. And though Massive Attack were set to headline last year, torrential downpour on the festival’s chaotic first day (I still get flashbacks) prevented them from doing so.
Notably, Deerhunter’s Bradford Cox will return under the alias Atlas Sound after a seven-year absence, while Vashti Bunyan is set to make a rare appearance at the age of 81. Also scheduled to perform are Weyes Blood, Julien Baker, @, Gilla Band, Lip Critic, Dove Ellis, Boy Harsher, Arca, underscores, Juana Molina, Tirzah, Jesu, Dinosaur Jr., DIIV, Westside Cowboy, Twisted Teens, Sophia Stel, ear, and more.
Registration for the fan sale is open until October 7 at 23:59 CEST. For registered users, general full festival tickets are priced at €295 plus booking fees, while VIP tickets are €545 plus booking fees.
