For the past month, Magdalena Bay have been sharing a pair of songs each Friday. Their fourth and final consecutive double single features the songs ‘This Is The World (I Made It For You)’ and ‘Nice Day’, which teeter on a world of blissful domesticity. “Nice day to tangle with you/ Wanna twist fate?/ And make a knot we can’t undo,” Mica Tenenbaum sings on the latter, which is almost like their version of a Grouper tune. “This is the final pair (we made it for you),” the band revealed in a press release. “Thank you for listening to these songs, it’s been a nice day to tangle with you.”
