Kacey Musgraves was the musical guest on the 47th season premiere of Saturday Night Live, where she performed songs her off her latest album star-crossed. Musgraves delivered a stripped-down version of ‘justified’ seated on a stool, with only her acoustic guitar and boots visible to the camera, referencing the scene in Forrest Gump where Jenny appears naked on stage. She also gave the album track ‘camera roll’ its live debut. Watch it below.
The appearance marked Musgraves’ second time performing on SNL as a musical guest. She made her debut on the sketch comedy show in 2018 in support of her album Golden Hour, which she followed up with star-crossed this September.
