Hatchie has shared the title track from her upcoming sophomore LP Giving the World Away, which is set for release on April 22 via Secretly Canadian. The track follows previous entries ‘Quicksand’ and ‘This Enchanted’, both of which landed on our Best New Songs segment. Give it a listen below.
“Giving The World Away’ is about being gentle with yourself in the throes of depression,” Hatchie explained in a press release. “We made a simple lyric video with analogue effects to let the lyrics of the song speak for themselves.”
