First Aid Kit Return With New Song ‘Angel’

First Aid Kit, the Swedish sister folk duo of Klara and Johanna Söderberg, are back with a new song called ‘Angel’. The track comes paired with a music video directed by Mats Udd, and you can check it out below.

‘Angel’ marks First Aid Kit’s first new original music since the 2019 single ‘Strange Beauty’; last year, they released the Leonard Cohen covers album Who by Fire. “It feels special to release a song after such a long hiatus,” the duo said in a statement. “Today we’re so thrilled to finally share our new track ‘Angel’ – a hopeful tune for these crazy times about accepting other people even if you don’t always see eye to eye. It’s also about being kinder to yourself. We wanted it to feel really big, but vulnerable at the same time, something you can cry to and dance to as well.”
