Wild Pink Share New Song ‘The Grass Widow in the Glass Window’ Featuring Yasmin Williams

Ahead of the release of their new album ILYSM this Friday (October 14), Wild Pink have previewed it with one more single, ‘The Grass Widow in the Glass Window’, which features guitarist Yasmin Williams. It follows the early tracks ‘See You Better Now’, ‘Hold My Hand’ featuring Julien Baker, and the title song. Check it out below.

“This song was inspired by a huge dead hardwood tree that had golden oyster mushrooms growing all over it (thanks to Peter Silberman for the Mycology lesson),” the band’s John Ross explained in a statement. “It was one of the last songs I wrote for the album and I wanted to try some new ideas. Yasmin Williams’ guitar at the end is one of my favorite parts of the whole album.”
