Nation of Language have shared a remix of their song ‘Across That Fine Line’ by Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard. They’ve also announced a run of 2023 tour dates, including headline shows at NYC’s Brooklyn Steel, LA’s Fonda Theatre, and London’s KOKO, as well as appearances at Primavera Sound. “As someone who works mostly alone, it can be fascinating to hear other artists I admire reframing one of our songs,” Nation of Language’s Ian Devaney said of the remix in a statement. “The way they choose certain moments to accentuate takes me back to the writing process when all of these ideas were first stitched together.”
‘Across That Fine Line’ appears on the Brooklyn band’s 2021 album A Way Forward. According to a press release, Nation of Language are in the studio finishing their third LP. In September, they shared the single ‘From the Hill’.
