What Could Happen in The Agency Season 3?
The Agency revolves around Brandon Colby, codenamed “Martian,” a veteran CIA operative. The show starts when he is ordered to abandon his undercover identity after years living abroad and return to London Station.
As Martian struggles to readjust to his real life, he reconnects with Samia Zahir, a woman he fell in love with while operating under a false identity. Their rekindled relationship threatens years of intelligence work.
Once you hit play, you can expect a mix of psychological drama and traditional spy thrills. On top of that, The Agency explores the personal cost of living behind a manufactured identity. Add a star-studded cast into the mix, and this is the kind of series you can devour quickly, while wondering why it’s not making more of a splash.
In season 2, Samia is imprisoned, with Martian forced to work as a double agent as a result. At the same time, the CIA investigates an internal security breach, and Danny goes on an undercover operation. Major storylines wrap up by the time the finale rolls around, but a cliffhanger suggests that Martian’s life might be in danger.
The Agency season 3 would likely pick up from there. Le Bureau des Légendes, which inspired the series, ran for five seasons, so we already know the story can continue. Fingers crossed it will get a chance to. Until then, season 2 is streaming on Paramount+ in the UK.
