Jorja Smith has announced her new album, What Are The Odds, which is due for release on August 21 via FAMM. To mark the announcement, Smith has shared a collaboration with Wizkid called ‘Alive’. Check out the music video for it below.
Gabriel Trautmann, who shot the clip in paris, said in a statement: “I wanted ‘Alive’ to feel like one unforgettable summer night. Paris becomes almost another character in the film – full of warmth, movement and possibility. At its heart, it’s a celebration of friendship, connection and the feeling of being completely present in a moment you never want to end.”
The follow-up to 2023’s Falling or Flying was produced by Smith’s frequent collaborator P2J. In addition to Wizkid, the record features a guest spot from grime rapper Devlin, who appears on ‘This City’.
