Chelsea Wolfe has announced a new album called The Dark. The follow-up to 2024’s She Reaches Out to She Reaches Out is due for release on August 21 via Loma Vista Recordings. It’s led by ‘Cold’, a lonesome ballad that should send shivers down your spine. Check it out below.
Wolfe worked on the new album with longtime collaborator Ben Chisholm as well as a new co-writer, Jennifer Decilveo. The Dark also features Robin Finck (Nine Inch Nails), Matt Chamberlain (Pearl Jam), Troy Van Leeuwen (Queens of the Stone Age), Stella Mozgawa (Warpaint), and Justin Meldal-Johnsen (Nine Inch Nails, St Vincent). It’s already been previewed by the double single ‘The Dark / Death Is Not The End’.
