Ben Howard Announces New Album ‘Is It?’, Shares New Song

    Ben Howard has announced his fifth album, Is It?, which will be out June 6 via Island Records. Howard and his band recorded the LP last summer at Le Manoir de Léon studios in the South of France. Today’s announcement comes with the release of the lead single ‘Couldn’t Make It Up’, which was produced by Bullion.     Is It? was written after the Howard experienced two TIAS (transient ischemic attacks, also known as mini strokes). “I found it impossible not to dwell on the absurdity of it, that with one tiny clot, one can lose all faculties,” the singer-songwriter shared in a a press release. It really ate into the writing of the record.”

    Howard’s last album was 2021’s Collections From The Whiteout.
