Fred again.. has announced a new album titled ten days. Following the producer’s Actual Life series, which most recently included 2022’s Actual Life 3 (January 1 – September 9 2022), the record boasts guest appearances from from Four Tet, Sampha, Emmylou Harris, Anderson. Paak, Skrillex, SOAK, the Japanese House, Chika, Obonjayar, Jozzy, Jim Legxacy, Duskus, Joy Anyonymous, and Scott Hardkiss. It comes out September 6 via Warner Music/Atlantic Records.
On Instagram, Fred again.. said that ten days is “ten songs about ten days,” and you can see the official tracklist below. He wrote: “there’s been a lot of biggg mad crazy moments in the last year but basically all of these are about really very small quiet intimate moments,” he wrote. “some of them are like the most intensely joyful things i have felt, and some of them are the other side of things. and some days I don’t want to speak about loads cos I’m not the only person it was an important day for if that makes sense.”
