Bad Thoughts Season 2: Cast, Rumours & Release Date

Stand-up comedian Tom Segura is known for his sharp wit, observational humor, and unfiltered storytelling. We would expect a comedy series crafted by his mind to be nothing short of unhinged.

Turns out, that’s exactly the case. Bad Thoughts, which premiered on Netflix in May, is a collection of provocative sketches that delve into the darker aspects of human behaviour.

While reactions have been mixed so far, many are praising the series for pushing boundaries. They’re the same fans who are now eagerly expecting more.

Bad Thoughts Season 2 Release Date

At the time of writing, there’s no news on whether Bad Thoughts season 2 might become a reality. That said, the show debuted on Netflix fairly recently, so the streaming service might wait a bit before deciding whether to commission additional episodes.

As for when a potential season 2 might arrive, that might take a while, too. The first six episodes took around three years to make it to our screens. Let’s be optimistic and say 2027 at the earliest.

Bad Thoughts Cast

  • Tom Segura as Various Characters
  • Daniella Pineda as Mrs. King
  • Robert Iler as Evan
  • Arnold Chun as Byung Sung
  • Alexis Abrams as Emily
  • Kirk Fox as Roger

What Could Happen in Bad Thoughts Season 2?

The sky is the limit. Bad Thoughts is an anthology and plays like a twisted collection of absurd vignettes. We have no idea what Segura’s mind might cook up next.

The sketches range in scope and theme. The one thing they have in common is that they put the star in precarious situations. You can watch him wake up from a coma during the apocalypse, play a country star hoping for a comeback, go to a weird gym, and so on. We won’t spoil specifics, but you should gear up for a wild ride.

The show is naughty, very adult, and probably divisive. While it won’t be to everyone’s taste, there’s a good chance those who find it appealing won’t be able to shut up about it. If they’re vocal enough, they might give Netflix enough reason to order a second helping.

Hopefully, a potential Bad Thoughts Season 2 will deliver more of the same.

Are There Other Shows Like Bad Thoughts?

If you’re into Bad Thoughts, you probably like offbeat comedy. A traditional sitcom like Friends or The Big Bang Theory won’t do it for you.

In this case, you might want to check out The Rehearsal, I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson, and Cunk on Earth.
