The acclaimed Apple TV spy thriller Slow Horses is back with season 6. Based on the novels by Mick Herron, it follows a group of MI5 agents relegated to paper-pushing jobs who find themselves at the centre of complicated cases.

What Could Happen in Slow Horses Season 7?
Slow Horses follows a group of disgraced MI5 agents banished to Slough House, a dumping ground for intelligence officers who have made career-ending mistakes. Their abrasive boss, Jackson Lamb, is a capable spy despite his slovenly appearance and contempt for those around.
These agents are supposed to spend their days doing administrative work. Instead, they find themselves dragged into dangerous cases. Think terrorism, assassinations, political conspiracies, and betrayals from within MI5. Overall, the show is an engaging mix of spy thriller and workplace comedy.
Per Apple TV, the sixth season “sees the Slow Horses on the run as Diana Taverner embroils them all in a fatally high-stakes game of retaliation and revenge.” This installment seems to take a more serialised approach, with a few old faces making a comeback. Episodes drop weekly on Apple TV until October 21.
