Welsh singer-songwriter Ailsa Tully has shared a new song called ‘Parasite’. Following October’s ‘Drive’, which landed on our Best New Songs segment, the new track marks her second single with new label Dalliance Recordings. Check it out below, alongside an accompanying video by Finlay O’Hara depicting parasitic plants winding around vines.
“’Parasite’ is a confrontational song written for a controlling and manipulative person,” Tully explains in a statement. “It explores the insidious manner in which sexism takes form, particularly within the inner workings of the music industry.”
