Lorde was the sole guest on last night’s episode of Late Night With Seth Meyers, where she performed her brand new single, ‘Stoned at the Nail Salon’, alongside Jack Antonoff. After “a long 18 months of sitting in our apartments,” Meyers also revived his ‘Day Drinking’ interview segment at Zero Bond in New York. The host made cocktails inspired by songs from Lorde’s catalog, including ‘Solar Power’, ‘Ribs’, and ‘Royals’, as the pair played various drinking games, named different royals, and attempted to paint the cover of 2017’s Melodrama. Solar Power, Lorde’s third album, arrives August 20 via Republic Records. The singer is set to embark on a world tour next year.
