Ellis Announces New EP ‘nothing is sacred anymore’, Shares Lead Single ‘hospital’

Ellis has announced a new EP, nothing is scared anymore, set for release on June 26. The Ontario-based indie pop artist, real name Linnea Siggelkow, has also shared the project’s lead single ‘hospital’. Check it out below and scroll down for the EP’s full tracklist.

“I guess you could say I’m accident prone,” Siggelkow explained in a statement. “But it’s those moments when bad or scary things happen that can be so revealing. You really see who shows up for you, who sticks around through it all.”

Of the new EP, she added, “I was very intentional throughout my process in a way I hadn’t been able to be before, especially in choosing who to work with, and this unlocked some of the most special collaborative experiences I’ve ever been a part of.”

Last year, Ellis released her debut full-length, born again, which landed on our 20 Great Albums You May Have Missed in 2020 list. She also put out the Bedroom Covers EP, featuring her take on songs by Taylor Swift, The Used, and Dinosaur Jr. Revisit our Artist Spotlight Q&A with Ellis.
