Pillow Queens have shared another single from their upcoming album Leave the Light On, which is out April 1 via Royal Mountain Records. This one’s called ‘No Good Woman’, and it was preceded by the tracks ‘Hearts & Minds’ and ‘Be By Your Side’. Check out a video for it below.
“This song is one which is very narrative based, though not in a linear way,” singer Pam Connolly explained of ‘No Good Woman’ in a press release. “It’s written more from the perspective of someone looking upon the scenarios of those around them. It tries to convey a perpetual hopelessness of debt and striving for an ideal that can never be achieved. It’s pretty much a song about Sisyphus.”
