Only Murders in the Building: What We Know About Season 3

0

Hulu’s murder mystery Only Murders in the Building, which is also streaming on Disney+, is returning for a third season, with more murders, madness and mayhem in the works.

The series follows Charles-Hayden Savage (Steve Martin), Oliver Putnam (Martin Short) and Mabel Mora (Selena Gomez), three strangers who all live in the Arconia, an affluent Upper West Side apartment building. They are drawn together by their mutual interest in true crime and then when they are plagued by several murders that happen in their own building. This prompts them to launch a true crime podcast of their own in this meta crime fiction series.

Two weeks after the second season aired last June, Deadline reported that Hulu had already renewed the crime mystery for a third season. During the Oscars’ pre-show last week, Hulu appropriately dropped the first teaser trailer, giving us a glimpse of the new season.

“Well, you know, who are we without a homicide?” Gomez’s Mabel remarks in the opening seconds of the trailer. And she’s right. How many murders can one building have? Although a release date of the third season is not currently known, there are some things we do know about the upcoming season.

So, what do we know about the story?

Well, the second season ended on a cliff-hanger with, yes, another murder. The season finale introduced Ben Glenroy (Ant-Man’s Paul Rudd) only to kill him off in the scene.

He dies on stage during a play he is performing alongside Martin’s Charles. The show-within-a-show is directed by Short’s Oliver. And, of course, Gomez’s Mabel, a member of the audience, witnesses Ben’s death, as any murder wouldn’t be complete without all members of our trio present.

It stands to reason that the third season will pick off shortly after the cliff-hanger, with our favorite trio launching an investigation into Ben’s death and a subsequent “third season” of their podcast.

Who is slated to be in the third season?

Certainly, the podcast-producing trio, Martin, Short and Gomez, are returning. They are being joined by Rudd as the ill-fated Ben, as well as cinema legend Meryl Streep. Although there is no official word yet on who Streep is portraying, it seems from the teaser trailer that she may be playing a fellow cast member opposite Ben and Charles in the show-within-a-show. New cast members also include Jesse Williams and Ashley Park (from Netflix’s Emily in Paris)

While no other cast members have been confirmed yet, it is likely that the cast would also include Michael Cyril Creighton as Howard Morris, the cat-loving neighbor of our trio, Andrea Martin as Joy, who was introduced as Charles’s love interest in the second season, and Zoe Colleti as Lucy, the teenage daughter of Charles’s ex-girlfriend.

While the third season is currently in production, here are some photos from behind-the-scenes.

Until then, we will have to wait to hear what else is in store for the residents of the Arconia.

Tech For Improving Investment Performance: Our Practical Guide

Some people perceive investing as an activity only rich people can do. However, technology has made investing accessible to everyone, and you might be able to look at your investments with a few clicks on your phone. Regardless of the market you decide to enter, you need to be aware of the risks it can come with. But with the technological development at our disposal, you might be able to boost your safety and mitigate potential risks. At the same time, you could find tools that make managing your budget easier. And most importantly, you need to identify when is the right time to invest. Our guide will help you to understand how tech can help you to forecast the performance of your investments and make better decisions.

Plan Your Investments More Efficiently

When you decide that you’d like to start investing, through virtual bank accounts or other avenues, you need to ensure you have all the necessary knowledge. To build a healthy, strong portfolio, you should have a deep understanding of the financial market and know how to assess a cash-flow situation. Without all the knowledge, it might be difficult for you to track the condition of your investments and make the right choices. And if you’re not careful, you might even make a mistake that could harm your portfolio. But now, there are many programs that make it much easier for users to look after their overall finances and investments. They might be able to provide you with all the necessary data you need to follow when looking after your portfolio. Taking advantage of all the features available, you might be able to improve your budgeting skills and analyze the market and volatility. With the technology in our everyday lives, you might be able to access such features from most of your devices and look after your portfolio anywhere you go.

Make Communication With Your Financial Advisor More Convenient

Looking after a large number of funds can be overwhelming. So, to ensure you’re making the right decisions, you should contact a financial advisor. With their help, you might be able to build a healthier portfolio and look at your investments from a different angle. To make sure that you get the most out of a professional relationship, you need to pay attention to your communication. Technology makes conversation much more accessible and convenient for all the parties involved. One of the ways you can make communication more efficient is through social media. There, you might be able to message each other and receive an answer instantly. But if you prefer talking to people, you might want to take advantage of VoIP technology. That could allow you to listen to each other and solve problems faster.

Watch The Development Of Prices Online

Before you make any investment, you should try to forecast your earnings fur a specific period of time. Depending on your goals, it might help you to make the right decision and boost your investment portfolio. With all the technological solutions at the reach of your fingertips, you can now check the current prices and forecasts with a few simple clicks. If you’re investing in a market like precious metals, then you definitely need to stay on top of the prices, as they can change rather often. But if you’re looking to invest in a precious metal with a price that is stable in the long term, you should consider gold. With websites like TradingView, you can then easily watch the XAUUSD forecast on your device. That way, you might be able to identify the right time to invest and increase your profit.

Boost The Security Of Your Investments

These days, most investments take place in the online realm. And while it can make investing and trading more accessible to a wider group of people, it also comes with increased security risks. You might become a target of hackers or need to deal with other security breaches that could put your investing efforts in danger. Therefore, you should try to take advantage of all the features that technology offers and protect yourself as well as possible. Investors work with money, so they should go above and beyond to prevent financial loss. For instance, you could get your hands on biometric verification and make your transactions more secure. You will also need passwords to access your online accounts. Ensure that your passwords are strong, and use a password manager that can hide your data from harm. And if you work with any software, you should always update it to the latest version. That might help you avoid cyber attacks and keep your money and investments safe from intruders.

Stay Up-To-Date With The Latest News

Once you start putting your efforts into investing, you need to keep an eye on the latest news. Whether it’s analysis, forecasts, or reports on the latest developments, you must know what’s going on. In the past, people depended solely on the newspapers to get information. But now, technology allows people all over the world to stay up-to-date with news anytime and anywhere they need. And maybe because it’s so easy to get to the information, it can often be rather overwhelming and difficult to spot the news that could be truly useful to use. So, you might want to look at solutions like RSS feeds or news aggregator websites to gather all the content about investing and the financial industry. If you keep looking out for industry developments, you might be able to make your investment decisions safer and more efficient.

Enjoy Accessible Investments With Apps

There used to be a stereotype about who could become an investor. While some people might still be afraid to enter the industry, it’s now easier than ever to become a part of it – and apps and technology are some of the main reasons why. Tech features like the cloud now allow investors to follow the most important data no matter where they are in the world. With tech on their side, beginning investors might find it more straightforward and less complicated. They now need less time and money to start their investing adventure and can see how their investments are doing regardless of their location. Due to technological development, investing in small increments and facing smaller transaction costs is also possible. Of course, nothing can compare to the knowledge of seasoned investors. But with all the platforms and solutions available, you might be able to kickstart your investments with no significant obstacles in your way.

Be Open To New Technologies

In conclusion, technology brings many benefits to all the parties involved in investing. First of all, it can help you to stay informed about all the latest developments in the world of investing or a specific market that you might be interested in. And even though the amount of content might be overwhelming, there are solutions that can help you to organize the information in any way you need. Additionally, you can use technology to watch the spot prices and forecasts in a market you’re active in or considering entering. You should also take advantage of the easy communication tech offers and keep in touch with your financial advisor. And finally, you should explore some of the solutions that might help you to plan your investments and keep your finances in check. Whether you already have some experience or are only at the beginning of your investing journey, you might be able to use tech to boost your safety and make your investments work harder.

How to Take the Perfect Profile Picture: A Comprehensive Attractiveness Test

Your profile picture is the first impression people have of you, and it can make or break your chances of attracting the right people. That’s why it’s important to have a good profile picture that accurately represents who you are. In this article, we’ll show you how to take the perfect profile picture and give you a comprehensive attractiveness test to help you answer the question “how attractive am I?” This will enable you to find out how attractive you are and improve your chances of making a great first impression.

The Importance of a Good Profile Picture

Your profile picture is your online identity, and it’s often the first thing people see when they visit your social media or dating profile. Studies have shown that people form first impressions within seconds of seeing a profile picture. That’s why it’s crucial to have a good profile picture that showcases your personality and highlights your best features.

A good profile picture can also help you get more matches on dating apps. For instance, on Tinder, people are 14% more likely to swipe right if you’re smiling in your profile picture. On the other hand, if your profile picture is unappealing or unprofessional, you could be missing out on potential matches.

The Science of Attractiveness

What makes someone attractive? The science of attractiveness is complex, but there are a few key factors that play a role. These include symmetry, facial features, and body language. A good profile picture should showcase your best features and highlight your personality.

What Makes Someone Attractive?

Symmetry is an important factor in attractiveness. People with symmetrical faces are generally considered more attractive because symmetry is associated with good genes and good health. Facial features also play a role in attractiveness. Features such as eyes, lips, and nose can all contribute to overall attractiveness. Body language is another important factor. People who stand up straight and project confidence are more likely to be perceived as attractive.

Why a Good Profile Picture Matters

Your profile picture is often the first impression you make on someone, and it can affect how people perceive you. A good profile picture can make you appear more confident, trustworthy, and attractive. On the other hand, a bad profile picture can make you appear unapproachable or untrustworthy.

How to Take the Perfect Profile Picture

Now that you understand the importance of a good profile picture, it’s time to learn how to take the perfect one. Follow these tips to create a profile picture that showcases your best self:

1.     Choose the Right Lighting

Lighting can make all the difference in a profile picture. Natural lighting is the best option, so try to take your picture outside or near a window. If you’re indoors, use soft, diffused lighting instead of harsh overhead lighting.

2.     Find the Best Angle

Everyone has a good side, so experiment with different angles to find yours. Generally, a slightly angled shot is more flattering than a straight-on shot.

3.     Dress to Impress

Wear something that makes you feel confident and comfortable. Avoid busy patterns or distracting clothing, and choose something that flatters your body type.

4.     Smile for the Camera

A genuine smile can make you appear more approachable and friendly. Practice smiling in front of the mirror to find your best smile.

The Japanese House Returns With New Song ‘Boyhood’

Amber Bain, aka the Japanese House, has returned with ‘Boyhood’, her first new music since the 2020 EP Chewing Cotton Wool. Check it out below.

“When my best friend Katie and I were young and in love, we dreamed of riding off into the distance on her horse Bam Bam, away from all the problems that came from being gay and in love back then,” Bain said of the new single in a statement. “This song talks about how sometimes, however hard you try, you can’t help but be a product of the things that happened to you or held you back earlier on in life. But also, and more importantly, it’s about hope for overcoming those things. And look at us now. Not riding away, but towards… something. This horse was very lovely to us, but I think deep down Bam Bam was the horse we were riding all along, and wherever I’m recklessly galloping off to in my life, Katie will be riding bareback behind me like a lunatic, arms around me, like we’d always planned. Rip Bam Bam xxx.”
